Exercise:

Do the following actions:

1. Open the Scratch application.
2. Create a script for the Scratch Cat. After you start with the “When Green Flag” event, set the cat size equal to 50% of its original.
3. Then, with the beginning of the game, set the character to always look(point) right.
4. Continue using the appropriate command from the “motion” palette to go to position (-200, -160).
5. Then set the character to move slowly (glide) for 1 second to the (200, -160) position.
6. Turn the character left 90 degrees.
7. Set the character to move slowly (glide) for 1 second to position (200, 160).
8. Turn the character left 90 degrees.
9. Set the character to move slowly (glide) for 1 second to (-200, 160).
10. Turn the character 90 degrees left.
11. Set the character to move slowly (glide) for 1 second to (-200, -160).
12. Run the script by pressing the green flag.
13. Check your solution with the solution you will find in the “Exercise Solution 1” file.

Coordinates are 2 numbers. The first number, named X, defines the vertical  position of the object in the stage. The second is called Y and defines the horizontal position of the object in the stage.
